I am a single very busy female professional with a friendly colley and I am renting my spare room to another professional, or serious and reliable student (male/female/gay). The flat has been done up entirely and the room to rent recently redecorated in white and blue. The room is situated at the back of the flat and is very quiet. It comprises a single bed, bedside table, extra storage under the bed, desk and shelves, wardrobe, tv and digi-box, stereo and broadband connection. There is also a big shared garden and sheds for extra storage (bikes etc.). Parking is free. Ideal for somebody needing peace and quiet to work.
The flat is a 15 minute walk to Union street, and bus stop in front of the door ( number 1/2 bus to Aberdeen Uni and RGU).
Rent includes all bills (not food) and evening and weekends free calls to UK and Europe.
I am easy going and used to sharing my space but insist on cleanliness and tydiness in the shared areas.
BUT must LOVE dogs, not just tolerate them as mine is the very friendly, cuddly and affectionate kind. And she is my baby. :-))
