Due to phenomenal growth over the past 2 years, they have received further investment and are looking to recruit a highly motivated, sales focused, retail manager to run one of their 172 branches in Aberdeen.
You will have the opportunity to market your business in the local area which will include understanding who your potential customers are, and bringing in new customers. You must be a self motivated person, who will also have the ability to be a strong relationship builder.

The ideal Assistant Managerfor this role, will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, you will be self motivated with a demonstrable track record of achieving results. You will be a natural leader, who understands the importance of a motivated, well trained team behind you.
Your experience will be in a customer facing management role, where you have a taken a pro-active approach to securing new customers.
You do not need experience of running your own branch or store; however you must have experience of training, developing and managing people in a customer facing, sales, trade or retail environment.
