Care Services Co-ordinator
Salary - £21,000 (+ bonus for evidenced success)
Location - Central Aberdeenshire

Transitions Care Ltd are registered with the Scottish Care Commisssion to provide care at home and housing services to vulnerable adults. We operate 24hrs per day and 365 days per year.

SVQ 3 in Health and Social Care, car owner/driver, experience in a home care setting and IT skills are essential requirements for this post. Working times may vary due to the needs of the service therefore flexibility is also essential.

Duties and responsibilities include, staff management, organising and reviewing individual care services and assisting in developing services within the company.

We require a Care services Co-ordinator who is known to be highly motivated, enthusiastic and posesses excellent communication/interpersonal skills and can manage difficult situations well.
