A room is available in 1 bed room flat very close to city center. Room is double sige and Preaty furnished. Room rent is £280 p.c.m. excluded electicity bill which will be shared. Both uni. is max15 min walking distance and city center is 10 min walking distance. The flat is on Charles street of george st. I am 3 rd year chemical eng. student of university of aberdeen. very tiedy and friendly....so i am looking for some one tiedy and very friendly.
