We are seeking a Chef/Cook to operate/manage our kitchen.

Experience in cooking fresh food is essential.

Candidates must be self-disciplined, hard working, well presented and should enjoy both working as part of a team and on their own initiative. Accommodation can be provided.

You will be responsible for day to day food prep and cooking, general cleanliness temperature recordings, stock control, designing and cooking specials, and preparing buffets for private parties.

Wage negotiable dependant on experience
