You will be sharing with a gentleman from New Zealand who mostly works offshore so usually I have the flat to myself.

The flat is located in the West End. It is centrally located for easy access to most areas of Aberdeen.

The apartment block has its own parking lot. The apartment comes with two parking spaces one of which will be allocated to the new tenant.

This modern apartment consists of two double bedrooms, both with closet space, spacious foyer, utility closet housing the boiler and washer/dryer. A large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Lounge with dining area and modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and gas hob, electric oven.

Obviously the flat is fully furnished so you will not need anything when you move in apart from towels and bed linen.

The flat is available from 19 Oct to 12 Jan (these dates are not set in stone so if you have alternate dates let me know to see if I am able to accommodate)
