My client is looking for a QHSE Advisor to join them on a staff basis in Aberdeen to ensure that the company maintains and surpasses the necessary company, industry and national standards for successful management of HSEQ matters.

The successful candidate will become responsible for carrying out the following duties;

- Participating in Accident Investigation Teams.

- Reviewing, and updating existing HSEQ procedures as legislative, or best practice changes occur.

- Giving guidance and advice on matters relating to HSEQ systems

- Conducting HSEQ audits onsite (onshore & offshore).

- Assisting in developing, promoting and monitoring compliance with HSEQ performance indicators.

- Developing and upgrade the HSEQ culture throughout the company.

- Delivering HSEQ Training as required.

- Assisting in the development and monitoring of performance / compliance with company annual HSEQ Improvement Plans.

- Developing HSEQ Initiatives

The QHSE Advisor will be required to ensure full compliance to the TMS procedures; and Client procedures and specifications and to provide advice and support on HSEQ matters to operations personnel, onshore & offshore.

To be considered for this role you must have had a working knowledge of British, European and International Standards relative to Safety, Environment & Quality.

Candidates must also be Nebosh Diploma qualified and must have had experience in the Oil and Gas industry.

Candidates will only be considered for this role if they have the ability to complete Offshore Oil & Gas Medical certificate, this is essential.
