I am moving in to another flat with my friend and I am giving up a lovely room in the city center, It has 4 bedrooms which I share with 3 other girls, they are all very friendly, 2 are nurses and 1 studies at Aberdeen uni.
The flat is 2 minutes away from union street and the area is very quiet and a pleasant place to live.
The room has everything you need, it has a double bed, small cupboard for clothes but also has enough storage space for more clothes, the place is homely and lived in.

There is a shower, bath, washing machine and everything you need.

The bills are about 80-100 per quarter, not too much really, the rent is £250.00 but you have use of the whole house and the girls will make you more than welcome.
All that is required is £250.00 deposit and £250.00 every 15th of the month.
