I'm looking for a place to rest my weary head after a hard days work at Uni (yea ok less of the hard)
I'm neat and considerate and fairly easy to get along with (if you get along with neat considerate people that is).
I'm a non-smoking 3rd yr student at Aberdeen Uni and would prefer a place close to uni but this is not essential (however parking is essential).
I also have a quite tight budget of £300 pcm (excluding bills)
