Large, furnished double room available in a well located flat in the Rosemount neighborhood. Sharing with two easy going, sociable fourth year female students. The flat is generally very quiet and good for studying. Sky TV, internet and phone are set up in the flat. Bills are not included and run about £40/month. About 10 minutes walk to Union Street and 15-20 to the Foresterhill campus. Not too far from Old Campus if you don't mind a bit of a walk (30 minutes). Non-smokers only, please.
