We are looking for an experienced assistant hotel manager. We are a 20 bedroom hotel on the outskirts of Aberdeen. Ideally you will have experience of online booking systems but training will be given. You will have a strong background in food service and managing busy restaurant environments. Your average Saturday night could see you and your team looking after 130 diners in our restaurant and lounge, a function for 100 people and overseeing our busy public bar. Customer care will be high on your list of skills. We pride ourselves on a fun and friendly family atmosphere.

Our location is perfect, 10 minutes and you are in the city, 5 minutes and you are standing on one of the most beautiful beaches in the UK. Donald Trump liked it so much he is just about to build the best golf course in the world right on our doorstep.

We naturally expect hard work and a little creativity, flexibility and commitment will go a long way too. As a company with its own head office and many units over Scotland we can offer all the training and opportunity you will need and some you might not expect too.
