I have recently been posted abroad with work and now my flat is lying empty 95% of the time. I'd basically like someone trustworthy to move in an keep an eye on the place for me for the next six months in return for flexible terms and the ability to accommodate an occasional visitor (i.e. me!) every once in a blue moon.
The flat is relatively modern (early 90's), recently furnished & decorated, all mod cons and bills etc. are included.
