5 minutes walk from uni and 10 minutes walk from town

Currently there are 3 of us (all male students at Aberdeen uni) but one of our flatmates is going home for the summer so his room is up for rent from the start of June until the end of August (3 months).

The interior of the flat is in pretty good condition with quite a large living room. The kitchen and bathroom are pretty small but they do the job.

We would like someone who isn't too quiet and pretty easy going to live with us over the summer months. We're pretty friendly, always up for a laugh and not bothered if you're male/female.
