My client based in Aberdeen are looking for a Helpdesk Analyst on a temporary basis for 1 month to start asap.

This position is full time 8.30am-5.00pm Monday-Friday

You must have IT knowledge, have excellent customer service skills, be very customer aware and service orientated. And have previous service desk (helpdesk) experience.

You must be immediately available for work.
