Northfield Youth Singing Group
Free singing lessons will be provided for children aged 8 - 14 yrs. They will receive guidance from professional opera singers, community musicians, choral conductors and volunteers
The Northfield Youth Singing Group welcomes children from Northfield and surrounding areas such as Mastrick, Cummings Park and Woodside.
The Northfield Youth Singing Group has been formed following a successful summer residency in June earlier this year. The group was formed by the Aberdeen International Youth Festival in collaboration with Glasgow singing group Little Larks and local community music and events company JCN Arts & Events. The regular weekly sessions will culminate in the Northfield Youth Singing Group performing as part of the Aberdeen International Youth Festival in 2010.
