I'm looking for a fully furnished room close to Aberdeen University, about 20 sqm for a maximum of £ 300 pcm. I'd like to move in asap, at the latest 01/09.

I am 23 years old, a non-smoker, easy going, clean and tidy and enjoy some time alone as much as time with friends. I am from Austria but have been in Aberdeen for the past year. I'm going into second year Gaelic and Linguistics at Aberdeen University.
I love to read and write, movies and music, and I also enjoy Scottish Country dancing.
