Recruitment Consultant
Hays Specialist Recruitment are currently looking for Recruitment Consultants to work in our Aberdeen office.

The role: With emphasis on attaining sales targets and building business relationships, you will manage your own specialist recruitment section supplying high calibre staff to our clients.
Your duties will include business development calls to existing and prospective clients, client meetings, tendering for business, candidate sourcing, interviewing and selection, contract negotiations and eligibility and background checks.
First Class Training: As a trainee Recruitment Consultant you will attend formal training sessions with our in-house Learning & Development team covering everything from the basic recruitment skills through to advanced methodology.
You will also receive extensive coaching, guidance and support from your line manager and more experienced team members to enable you to reach your full potential.
Unrivalled Career Development: We encourage our staff to challenge and diversify their skills at every opportunity. You could progress to manage a team, transfer on secondment overseas or be based onsite with a client within 2 years.
Global Travel: Hays has a worldwide office network across 28 different countries including Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the Far East and Europe. You could have the opportunity to transfer oversees after 2 years service.
