The room is in a shared mixed flat in the Unite hall of residence, Spring Gardens. There is a spacious fully furnished kitchen/sitting room, two showers and two toilets. The room is secure with a lockable door.

It is £97 per week, this includes all water, electricity, heating and internet .
Just a 10 Min walk to the city centre and to both universitites.
Morrisons two minutes away and 2 minutes from the city centre.
