I am desperately seeking full time work with plenty of overtime. I am 24 years old but have had a number of jobs with high levels of responsibility, to organising a team and working long hours. The research allowed me to present to various audiences throughout the world including the University of South Africa, audiences in New Zealand, University of Japan, University of Cambridge, members of the Scottish Executive, and often to audiences of over three hundred people. This helped to build my confidence in presenting, and further developed my communication skills. There was also the continual challenge of persuading new audiences. The research has allowed me to master PowerPoint to a competent level and other Microsoft packages.

- Driving to festivals throughout Britain, 23 festivals in 2009.
- Collecting stock, setting up the stall and closing, cooking food, serving customers, money handling up to 25k per week!
- Working and organising a team of 12 people.
- Turnover over 100k in three months!

02/09 – 05/09 KTM Sales
- Door to Door sales for different charity campaigns.
- In two weeks from starting, I was the top salesman out of forty employees
- In my second week I was trainer and building a team


05-08 – 12-08 Brauch Restaurant chef
- Prepared vegetables and made all the starters, cooked the main meals.
- Working in a team of 4 chefs.
- Working under pressure to present meals to perfection.

11/05 – Present Fat Sams Nightclub, Dundee

- Supervising twenty five doormen in a 2500 capacity nightclub.
- Organising location sheets, rotas, interviewing new staff, training new staff.
- Making sure customers are in a safe and enjoyable environment.

HOBBIES AND INTERESTS
I am passionate about water sports and enjoy sailing in regattas, rowing and fishing. I enjoy team activities and regularly play football and play in the Dundee University Sunday league.

I enjoy traveling, meeting and learning from new people that have different stories from different cultures.
