Flat has large rooms, kitchen and bathroom fully furnished. £300 per month and £300 deposit would be required. Bills come out quarterly but aren't as high as you would expect (although it is approaching winter). Sky and broadband is in the flat already, though hoping to upgrade to HD soon. This would be roughly £12.50 per month each.
