Transitions Care Ltd are registered with the Scottish Care Commission to provide Care at Home and Housing Support Services to vulnerable adults in Aberdeenshire. We provide services in Inverurie and Westhill areas of Aberdeenshire.

We urgently require experienced Female Care Workers. These posts are to provide support to a lady who lives in her own home in Inverurie. She requires support on a 24hrs basis in all aspects of daily living.

If you are known to be trustworthy, reliable, flexible and hard working, have the ability to offer ideas that enhance life experiences, have good communication and interpersonal skills and are able to work on a 1:1 basis then this post would be rewarding.
Knowledge of the local area preferred. Car owner/driver essential. Experience in 24hr support services preferred

Hours of work expected are 9am-9am(the next day). The shift is for 14hrs paid at £6.40 per hour, with a sleepover payment of £31 is made.
