Transitions Care Ltd are registered with the Scottish Care Commission to provide Care at Home and Housing Support Services to vulnerable adults in Aberdeenshire. We provide services in Inverurie and Westhill area.

We require Full and Part time Care Workers. These posts are to provide support to adults in there own homes and to assist with all aspects of daily living.

If you are known to be trustworthy, reliable, flexible and hard working, have the ability to offer ideas that enhance life experiences, have good communication and interpersonal skills and are able to work on a 1:1 basis then this is the job for you.
Knowledge of the local area preferred. Car owner/driver essential.
