Living area is spacious, colourful and clean. Female house cat - friendly and approachable. Would prefer if cat had access to each bedroom as she is not an outdoor cat so has minimal space as it is.

I am a clean female student at Aberdeen uni. I am in 4th year so would like this year to be calm and studious. I can have fun but would prefer to keep flat-living and social life a little separate. I think it is important to get on with your tenant but not to be close.
My flat is brilliant. It's well decorated so you always feel warm and gives it character, there is a house animal which makes helps make it a home, it's clean and manageable.
It's next door to rgu library, stones-throw away from the clubs, theatre, cinema, restaurants. At the door is Bon Accord Shopping centre, 1 min away is St Nicolas centre. 20mins from aberdeen uni grounds. Listed historical building. Very safe with dual lock entrance door into communal hallway and the flat is situated on the first floor with 3 available locks on that door. Never any safety problems in 3 years I've lived here.
I get on with everyone in the block and they're all lovely. I used to smoke so you can smoke in the flat if you wish, although may be best to keep it to your room because of the smell.
