help baby on the way need exchange from 1 bed to 2 bed
i stay on ardarroch road next to pittodrie stadium 1st floor 4 in a block one bedroom flat nice area good neighbours, tesco express, king street also beach 5-10 min walking distance, brill bus service from king street 1/2/13/40. sea veiw from livingroom window. huge shared back garden
the pictures speak for themselves the livingroom is very spacious also bedroom about the same size one wall complete built in wardrobes lots of storage
kitchen is ample size i regularly have my huge family over for tea and i manage just fine to prepare 8-12 meals, not the biggest of kitchens but can work in it.
bath room is ample sized too bath with shower also big storage cupboard in the bathroom were the boiler is situated.
gas central heating, barley ever on,large storage cupboard at the end of the hall
very spacious flat,lots of storage.
only been here for just under 1 year but expecting our 1st baby, burger van outside front door monday- friday excellent bonus!
in need of 2 bedroom ground floor and garden prefered as wee one on the way! but not essential.
