You will be responsible for the day to day co-ordination of Hygiene requirements of the site, and other site services including canteen, laundry, security etc. which includes the full control of the budget for the hygiene and laundry for the site.

You will have a :
Thorough understanding of the operation and standards of food factory hygiene standards to customers' requirements
Understanding of the principles of cleaning
COSHH trained
Awareness of commercial issues
Ability to audit suppliers
Working knowledge of purchase/use issues
Knowledge of health and safety at work requirements
Qualified to the intermediate level at Diploma in Food Hygiene and Safety


EXPERIENCE

o Experience of factory hygiene/factory operation
o Experience of budgetary control

This is a night shift position.
