This is a short term sub-let (From 1st July until 31st August). There are three rooms available. There are two others who will be living in the house at the same time. Two of the rooms are very large, with single beds and the last one is smaller with a single bed - each come with a key so that the rooms can be locked. The house has a pool table, T.V. and a large back garden. It also has washing machine, dryer, dish washer, broad-band internet and phone line. It is a ten minute walk from the university of aberdeen and the number 19 bus goes into town every half an hour. Bills are on top of the rental price. One months deposit is required with the first months rent. Please come and view if interested!
