Transitions Care Ltd are registered with the Scottish Care Commission to provide Care At Home and Housing Support Services to vulnerable adults in Aberdeenshire. We provide services to people in Westhill and Inverurie areas of Central Aberdenshire.

Transitions Care Ltd urgently require Male/Female Care Workers on Full and Partime basis. Shift Work and weekend work applies.

If you are trustworthy, reliable, hardworking, flexible, like working with people and enjoy a challenge then Care Work could be a great career choice. Experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

Depending on the needs of the service users, duties include assisting with personal care tasks and assisting with domestic tasks that allow people to live as independently as possible in their own homes.

Due to the nature of the work, car drivers/owners are essential.

All candidates must complete an Enhanced Disclosure check.

Pay rates depend on skills, qualifications and experience.
