Im currently in search of a smallish garage or lock up or industrial building (small size) were i can keep my restoration car during its restoration.

im ideally looking for a long term lease(1 - 2 year) . with room in the building to keep tools/parts and suchlike.

has to be undercover and damp or rain proof .. maybe electric.or i can help towards the installation of that and a solid hardstanding level floor.

i live in inverurie and im looking for this property to be within a shortish distance ( hopefully within inverurie) or maybe somewere not far out
