Double room in West End to rent with friendly female flatmate (£400 pcm)
Hi,
I have a spare room to rent in my lovely top floor flat. The flat is just off Great Western Road in the Mannofield area of Aberdeen...5/10mins on the bus into town or walkable in about 25mins....There are a number of local shops within a couple of minutes walk and the flat is extremely close to the main bus routes into town.
The double room is a really good size and furnished, it has a built in double wardrobe and a bay window. A brand new bathroom has just been fitted and the lounge and kitchen are both very spacious.
The rent is £400 exclusive of bills and council tax but these aren't expensive; about £90 a month on top of the rent.
I'm 22, just finished uni and started work in the oil industry. I enjoy cooking, seeing friends and music, tend to be fairly quiet during the week since I work full time but like socialising at the weekends!
