I am a young farmer looking to build up direct relationships with consumers in my area who want to source welfare friendly, assured meat from animals they can see in their growing environment.
Based just outside Newmachar, I am currently taking orders for lamb, pork and hope to develop beef soon. It will start slowly, I want to breed all my own.
The farm is also entering habitat schemes and is using traditional breeds to try and create a pleasant environment and meat to savour.
