gorgeous flat in need of bigger

need 2 bedrooms as we have a son who is 1 and really need a bedroom for him.we have a lovely one bedroom decorated from top to bottom in neutral colour.new kitchen has been fitted and its lovely.lovely neighbours mostly elderly.top floor with loft and big walk in cupboard plus another storage cupboard.bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.very spacious flat.been here 3 years now but have to move.been on the council list 2 years in january but just cant get anything.there must be someone looking to downsize.there is also garages outside our flats which we have the first one as you come out the flat.car park ouside to which can be viewed from the kitchen and bathroom.bus stop right outside front landing door.shoops 5 minuate walk.looking for 2 beroom flat in a nice area maybe with a bit of garden not bothered at all about decor of the house,but whoever moves in here nothing will need done at all.thanks for reading please please help us thanks for reading.willing to do a three way swap aswell
