I have been about quite a bit and have not only seen but also taken on-board much this world and life has to offer.

I always devote my time and efforts to the job at hand, offering a friendly, bubbly yet professional attitude to colleagues and clients.

-- Brief Experience And Requirements.

Much of my working life has revolved around the Hotel, Bar and Restaurant genre ranging from Bar Tender and Foh to General Chef and General Manager handling customer queries, stock management, cash and rotas.

I prefer positions where a wide range of skills are required so as to offer support to all departments when necessary.

-- When and Where.
