The flat is just off great western road in the mannofield area of Aberdeen...5/10mins on the bus into town or walkable in about 25mins....The spare room is a really decent size and furnished, it has a built in double wardrobe and a bay window. I've just had a brand new bathroom put in and the lounge and kitchen are both really spacious...

Looking for £400 exclusive of bills and council tax but these aren't expensive; about £90 a month for both...

I'm 22, just finished uni and started work in the oil industry. I love socialising, gigs and a cheeky G&T or two but equally love to sit in and have a natter over a cup of tea
