I'm a 26 year old student. I am looking for a flat, or flatshare, preferably close to the city centre, as I am studying photography at Aberdeen College.

My preference is for a flat to be bills included in the monthly rental rate, so I know where I stand, and how much money I need each month.

Internet access is desired, too, as I need it for college.

I'm fairly laid back (but that doesn't mean I am an untidy slob!), I am quite content in my own company, but would enjoy having some flatmates to chat to and have a cuppa with! I love cooking, which is probably a bonus!

I work part-time, so combined with college, it means I am often out.

I am looking to spend a maximum of £400 pcm (bills included).
