The room is double and furnished (can be rapidly unfurnished also).

The flat is located two minutes from Holburn Junction, all bus routes and local amenities (pubs, clubs restaurants etc) yet is located in a quiet street.

I am a 33 year old professional guy, relaxed yet active with a good sense of humor.

The rent would include full use of the flat’s kitchen, bathroom, and living area and also benefits from private parking.

The room is available from the weekend of the 24th of this month (October).

The price will be ₤350 per month (₤175 deposit also) which includes all bills.

Ideally am looking for a six month let but am open to negotiation.

I sometimes have visits from my very pleasant golden retriever dog who lives in the country so it would be an advantage if any potential flat mate likes dogs!
