Our client is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join there stunning country house hotel. Located a short distance from Aberdeen in one of the most beautiful parts of Scotland.

The role will be to join the new Head Chef to drive the business forward and aim for accolades. You will work very closely with the Head Chef ensuring the brigade is trained and fully competent. You will have menu input, aiming for 2AA Rosettes. The role is also to cover the Head chefs days off, keeping the very high standards that are in place.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Sous or Junior Sous working to a rosette level. You will be able to command respect from the brigade while mentoring them and developing their skills. You will be creative with menu's, be completely compliant with all health and safety laws, and have a passion and dedication to produce only the best.
