We are currently recruiting for our client for a kitchen manager, preferably with branded restaurant background. Our client is a new concept for Scotland and have rapid expansion plans. recently opened, it is proving immensely popular in Aberdeen.
This is a fast paced environment, and you should be able to think on your feet, be very hands on and be able to delegate to your kitchen teams. Ideally, you will have had in depth experience of grill cooking, stock control and leading a team. Salary £18 to £20k depending on experience. Please reply with your cv.
