have a lovely newly decoreted, an extra large one double bed ground floor flat around newcastle city centre. the flat have got new bathroom,new central heating system, new kitchen, doeble glased windows.
the living room is unbelievebly large so the bedroom. and the kitchen is a good size. There are 2 storage rooms one is big and one is small.

It's none estate and nice area. the building is a small block with 6 flats. never heard of them. no laud noise no hassle. there is a good transport link on up and down side of the road multi choice busses. shopping places and leisure centre is just there infront of me. It's a right to buy flat.

Would be a part of three way swap as i already found a place in london and they want one bed in Aberdeen or shire
