Hi, I live in a large 2 bedroom'd flat in quiet col-de-sak in torry aberdeen.
I am on the 2nd floor (the top) there is a large encolsed garden with washing lines, there is also a small play park just out side garden. There is parking just outside of flat.
I am close to lots of shops like tesco, lidle, halfards, dominos pizza....and loads more. There is the choice of 3 main bus routes into town.
Town, train/bus station and the new shopping centre is 10 min walk.
Duthie park is just across the water.

There is also a private nursery, school nursey and 2 primary schools also an acadamy in walking distence. Swimming pool, gym, football pitches and golf corse also in walking distence.

Landing is very clean and quiet. Flat has Gas central heating, double glazing windows with child locks for safety.

Livingroom is painted natural coulours with darkwooden floors. Lots of space. Has built in cupards.

Kitchen is wallpaperd, with lots of storage space

Bathroom is half tiled and painted red and black. Ok size.

Hallway is painted natural colour with dark wooden flooring, ok size.

Bedroom1 is painted pink and purple with good veiws out window. Also has built in cupard.

Bedroom2 is painted gold and chocolate brown with designer vintage border. Lots of room also with built in cupard.

I am looking to swap for a 2 bedroom'd flat/house anywhere in our 40 miles out with aberdeen. Not worried about condition on property as every1 has different tastes.
