We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a assistant restaurant manager. Our client is a brand new opening, and due to incredible success is looking for a customer focused, hands on manager. The restaurant chain has enjoyed fantastic success throughout the UK and is now breaking into the Scottish market.
Ideally you will have branded restaurant management experience coming from a fast paced environment with high cover turnovers. You will be able to demonstrate leadership, have excellent delegation skills and be able to run shifts in a fun lively atmosphere. Salary £18 to £20k depending on experience.
