Rigging/Deck Assessors
- Supporting Candidates and Assessors through the Competence programme
- Carrying out Assessments (and Verification if qualified) of portfolios
- Monitoring and reporting progress
- Monitoring standards to ensure compliance with agreed Client and National Standards
- Inductions, briefing and communication to workforce
- Office visits to liaise with Onshore Training & Competence Team

Competence Supervisors (Operations and/or Maintenance background)
Responsibilities as above, plus:
- Co-ordination and development (with Site) of succession plans
- Supervision of all competence frameworks on platform/site
- Ensuring progress is achieved in line with agreed Competence Targets

Experience
Previous N/SVQ Assessor experience preferred

Qualifications
- A1 Assessor (or D32/33)
- V1 Verifier (D34) or working towards, preferable

The working rota is 147 days and flexible to meet the needs of supporting multiple sites. These positions offer excellent development opportunities for the successful candidates.
