We urgently require a Supervisor to look after our team of carers and implement/review our services and individual support plans. Other duties would include meeting with agencies invoved in the service user care package and their families or representatives as well as interviewing potential new staff and maintaining good team work with established staff.

An SVQ 3 in Health and Social care is desirable as well as being a car owner/driver. The ability to work shifts and weekends is also required as our company operates on a 24hr response and on call system. (We operate a rota system)

All applicants will require to have an enhanced disclosure check which will be met by the employer.

Salary is £20k.
