Job role requirements:
The purpose of the role is to:-
• Deliver percentage profit growth throughout the year
• Deliver operational excellence internally and externally – Do things right first time and on time
• To manage the business building turnover and profitability and controlling costs

As a Deputy General Manager your key accountabilities will be:-
To assist in delivering % like for like profit growth throughout the year by:
• Proactively manage in a way that drives value; maximising the profit opportunity
• Grow the outlets capabilities and skills, key focus on influencing standards
• Be customer focussed delivering right first time & positively raise company profile
• Enhance the calibre and quality of outlet via recruitment and training

The ideal candidate will have:-
• Great hands on experience and love the hands on approach
• Experience in a customer facing management role
• Experience of team building, training and on job training
• Experience of sales & negotiation
• Understanding of budgets and controls
• Full GB Driving Licence and own car
• IT literate – intermediate Word, Outlook, Power Point and advanced Excel
