looking for a flate mate to share with three others. rent is only £225 per month and as there is four flatmates bills are cheap aswell. Idea for student. flat has a very large living room with three double couches and two single chairs and leads into a conservatory area and a chucky garden, the conservatory is amazing in summer and has a further two couches in it. flat it fully furnished and has two shower rooms as well as a spacious kitchen towards the rear of the flat.
The flat is situated in the harbour area of aberdeen just at the bottom of marshal street which leads on to castle gate.

the room:
the room is fully furnished double bedroom. It is a good size around 3.5 meteres by 4 meters.
