The rent is £200/month plus bills; TV Licence, Internet, Phone, Electricity, Gas. The room is available from the 14th of May until the end of June.

You'd be sharing with one girl and one guy. Its only ten minutes to town, and ten minutes to Abdn Uni! Please answer with some details about yourself.
