Its a 3 BHK Flat at Garthdee Drive. Flat is shared by 1) a couple has occupied 1 bedroom - both are working, 2) second bedroom occupied by me and 3) 3rd bedroom is occupied by another guy- who is working.

We all are Indians, and I am looking for a Indian nonsmoker,non drinker descent girl to share my bed room.

Rent with bills : 160 per month.

The house is recently refurbished, we have recently moved in. Looking out for a lady flat mate who is neat and tidy..as we have kept the house very clean.

Facilities: Its a duplex spacious flat, with TV, Internet etc.

I am studying at RGU, hails from Mumbai (Marathi Girl) - (Pure Veg, non drinker, nonsmoker).

(No boy friends allowed or any such indescent behaviour in the flat)
