Walking to King's College will take you about 3-5 minutes. Engineering Building is right behind the flat, while Geology, Chemistry & Physcis & the Queen Mother Library are a stone throw away!

Rental is GBP99 per week and the rental includes internet (very fast, it hasn't disappoint me yet), and all utilities.

There's a sink inside the room, with toilet & kitchen shared with other 3 lady flatmates. The university also provides cleaning services (communal area) which is done once a week.

However, this flat is only reserved for Postgraduate and Matured Undergraduate Students.
