As my flatmate is moving out to save money I am looking for a new one!

Ground floor flat in new build offered - good sized room with triple built-in wardrobe space. No smoking in the house! Bedroom is unfurnished but rest of house is fully furnished. Rent is currently £300 but that may change when I come to renew the lease with the agent. Electricity is around £200 per quarter. We have freeview.

There is 1 parking space which is obviously mine! - there are free spaces as well so parking is not an issue. If you have a motorbike or scooter then this can be put outside your bedroom window and there is a frame to tie it to.

Local shops are 5 minutes walk.

I work M-F 9-5 and am away most weekends. oh, i am male, 25 years old, like to drink and go out but not a complete party animal!
