We are a multi award winning restaurant group with 7 awards to our name and we are looking for an experienced chef to take on the Sous Chef post in our popular restaurant & pub. This may be ideal for a first step up to Sous Chef.

The busy, popular site currently achieves a turnover of circa £6000 dry sales per week and is in the process of introducing a new menus monthly.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in fresh food production and preparation, stock ordering and management as well as having a great ability to enjoy and show passion within the kitchen team.

Competative pay for the ideal candidate and the opportunity to join one of the most successful and awarded restaurants in Aberdeen and Shire.

The successful candidate will have current Basic Food Hygiene and will have references available on request.
