I am an experienced cook (not a chef) seeking a position somewhere in Northern Scotland within about a 100 mile radius of Inverness so that I can return home for my days off.

I can provide dinner party fare for up to 12 people and the usual heart-warming roasts for family get-togethers, grills and scrumptious stews and meat pies for cold winter nights. I also love cooking good traditional curries and Thai food. I can supply lots of references from lodges.

What I am looking for is an on-going cooking assignment. It need not be full time. Oh, and by the way, I am free to cook over Christmas and the New Year.
